Lưu lượng kế paddle wheel đo lưu lượng bằng cách sử dụng chất lỏng làm quay các cánh quạt, với tốc độ quay tỷ lệ thuận với lưu lượng. Thích hợp đo chất lỏng có độ nhớt thấp như nước, dầu và hóa chất, thiết bị này nổi bật với độ chính xác vừa phải, phản hồi nhanh, lắp đặt và bảo trì dễ dàng. Do tiếp xúc trực tiếp với chất lỏng, cần vệ sinh và kiểm tra định kỳ.
Phát hiện dòng chảy thông minh
LORRIC AxleSense giúp phát hiện dòng chảy hai chiều bằng cách sử dụng khả năng quay của lưỡi dao để đo lưu lượng chính xác. Trải nghiệm lợi ích của thông tin hướng dòng chất lỏng, tính toán lưu lượng dương/âm/ròng và ghi nhật ký lịch sử toàn diện trong 14 ngày tích lũy hàng ngày. Phụ kiện đường ống cao cấp: Được chế tạo để có độ bền cao và hoàn hảo không rò rỉ
Trải nghiệm độ bền vượt trội với phụ kiện ống chính xác của LORRIC. Được gia công từ vật liệu thanh ép đùn, phụ kiện này có kích thước ổn định, bề mặt bên trong nhẵn mịn, giảm nhiễu và tăng độ chính xác đo. So với phụ kiện đúc phun, thiết kế gia công loại bỏ các lỗi như chớp nhoáng, bắn ngắn và đường hàn yếu, đảm bảo độ bền tối đa.
Hạn chế của đúc phun truyền thống & giải pháp của LORRIC. Phụ kiện chữ T đúc phun thường có bề mặt trong không đồng đều, gây dòng chảy không ổn định và đo lường sai. Nhựa nóng chảy bị nén tạo ra co ngót lớn, ảnh hưởng đến độ chính xác. Ngược lại, phụ kiện phát bóng của LORRIC được sản xuất với công nghệ tiên tiến, đảm bảo bề mặt nhẵn mịn, hiệu suất ổn định và độ bền cao.
Màn hình có thể xoay dọc hoặc ngang theo đường ống
Thay đổi góc nhìn của màn hình để phù hợp với hướng đường ống, giúp theo dõi dòng chảy dễ dàng trong các tình huống đường ống khác nhau.

Công nghệ Pulse 2.0
Lưu lượng kế paddle wheel truyền thống sử dụng giá trị K cố định trên toàn bộ dải đo, dẫn đến sai số cao, đặc biệt khi lưu lượng thay đổi. Ví dụ, lưu lượng kế paddle wheel truyền thống trong ống DN15 xuất một tín hiệu mỗi 90 độ, với 106.55 xung tương đương 1L, bất kể tốc độ dòng chảy. Pulse 2.0 độc quyền của LORRIC, sử dụng công nghệ AxleSense, xuất một xung mỗi 0.01L, giảm sai số bằng cách điều chỉnh theo tốc độ dòng chảy khác nhau.

**** IP66 stands for 'Ingress Protection,' which signifies the degree of protection an electrical device's enclosure offers against foreign object intrusion. The IP rating format consists of two digits, expressed as IPXX. The first digit denotes the level of protection against solid objects, particularly dust resistance, while the second digit indicates the waterproof protection level.
