金屬面積式流量計

面積式流量計（又稱 Rotameter）是利用浮子在錐形管內上升的高度來測量流量——浮子升得越高，代表流量越大。F56 採用金屬管身取代常見的塑膠或玻璃材質，專為承受更高壓力、更高溫度與更嚴苛的使用環境而設計。浮子內嵌有永久磁鐵，使指示器得以穿透金屬管壁準確追蹤浮子位置，帶動錶盤指針指示讀值；數位型號更能透過 LCD 同步顯示瞬時流量與累積總量。/p>

值得信賴的精度等級

F56 提供 1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 四種精度等級，這代表儀表會在滿刻度 10% 至 100% 的範圍內，分十個測試點檢驗誤差，而非只看單一讀數。面積式流量計的精度是以「滿刻度」為基準換算的百分比，而非讀值本身的百分比——因此同一支儀表，指針越靠近刻度上限，實際精度就越高；越靠近下限，精度則相對較低。我們會協助您挑選合適的量測範圍，讓日常流量落在刻度上半段，確保實際使用時就能享有您所選購的精度，而不只是在滿量程時才達標。

耐高溫高壓的穩定表現

無論管線輸送的是接近冰點的公用水，還是高溫製程流體，都能找到合適的 F56 機型應對。標準機型即涵蓋寬廣的溫度範圍，若選配高溫規格，更可延伸至攝氏 400 度，直接用於蒸氣管線。耐壓等級也會隨管徑放大而提升，即使在高壓端仍能維持穩定表現，不像結構較輕薄的流量計容易在此失效。實際適用於您所選尺寸、材質與指示器型式的詳細額定值，請參閱規格頁籤。

依製程挑選相容材質

每一款 F56 都採用相同的量測原理，差別只在於接觸流體的材質。請依實際流經管線的介質，挑選合適的濕潤部材質：

不鏽鋼

304 與 316 已能滿足絕大多數安裝需求，316 更額外具備抗氯離子與弱酸腐蝕的能力。低碳「L」等級可抵抗銲道腐蝕，是食品、飲料與製藥產線的標準選擇。

PTFE 內襯

完全惰性的襯裡材質，能抵禦足以侵蝕裸露不鏽鋼的強酸與強鹼，適用於高腐蝕性的化學品產線。

哈氏合金（Hastelloy）、鈦與鋯

適用於熱酸、氫氧化鈉、海水等最嚴苛的化學環境——連 316 不鏽鋼都無法承受的場合。

PP 與 PV

更輕量、更經濟的選擇，適合常溫下的一般公用水或稀釋藥液投加應用（限垂直安裝，最大至 DN100）。

  • 法蘭連接是永久性、高壓製程管線的標準選擇。
  • 三段式衛生夾（Tri-clamp） 連接讓儀表能在數秒內完成拆卸清潔，全程免用螺栓。適用於衛生要求較高、需要快速拆裝的場合，例如食品、飲料與製藥產線。

因應管路配置，彈性選擇安裝方向

並非每個安裝現場都有足夠空間設置垂直直管段，因此 F56 提供五種安裝方式——垂直、水平，以及三種適合狹小空間的側向或底部進出型式。無論選擇哪一種安裝方向，都能搭配相同的量測管與指示器選項。

仔細看錶盤，數位顯示下方會標示三個小數值——密度、溫度與壓力，這正是刻度校正時所依據的操作條件。浮子在低密度氣體與高密度液體中的浮動狀態並不相同，因此我們會根據您實際的操作流體，而非通用的水或空氣基準，來計算每一支儀表的刻度，確保出廠時錶上數字就已對應您實際量測的介質。

選擇適合的讀值方式

每一款 F56 都在同一支量測管上讀取相同的流量，差別在於您希望如何呈現讀值：純機械指針的現場顯示、傳送至控制系統的兩線式訊號，或是電池供電的顯示器，分別對應不同的現場需求。

免配線、免供電。拋光不鏽鋼錶盤搭配機械指針，直接在管線上清楚顯示流量，適合衛生管制區域，或任何只需就地讀值的場合。

串接控制系統——P10

保留現場指針顯示，並加入 LCD 與迴路供電的 4-20mA/HART 輸出，只需兩條線即可將流量訊號傳送至 DCS 或 PLC。可選本質安全型或防爆型，並可加裝警報開關。

F56 P10I flameproof local indicator

危險區域專用——P10I

防爆型現場指針顯示器，適合需要 Ex 防爆等級、但不需要遠端訊號的場域。加裝開關後，也能在儀表端直接觸發流量警報。
