Ball Valve

A ball valve controls flow by adjusting the opening of a spherical element. It forms a tight seal with the seat for zero or minimal leakage, and operates with a quick 90° turn. The full-bore design ensures low pressure loss, while its compact size suits space-constrained or modular systems. Ideal for tight shutoff and emergency stop applications.

20S Series Actuator

The 20S electric ball valve actuator supports a wide voltage range from DC 5V to AC 220V. Compact in size, it delivers up to 70,000 cycles with a fast 2-second open/close response. Certified with CE and ISO 9001, it passes insulation and dielectric tests to ensure safe, stable operation. Rated IP67 for water and dust protection, and available in a moisture-resistant version for humid or low-temperature environments. Features flexible wiring, easy installation, low noise, and maintenance-free performance.

The actuator comes in two versions: handwheel (S) for manual override, and non-handwheel (SJ) for fully automatic electric operation.
■ Handwheel Operation Instructions 
1. Manual operation must be performed with power off. To operate, lift the manual override button and slowly turn the handwheel to the desired valve position.  
2. In the indicator window, the red line parallel to the pipeline indicates "open", while perpendicular indicates "closed."

  • When activating the product at -40℃ for a short time, it is recommended to preheat with power for at least 15 minutes (30 minutes preferred). The higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the required heating time.
  • For long-term operation at -40℃, power-off heating must be used. External heating (actuator + valve body) should be applied for thermal insulation, such as installing heating tape around the electric valve.
  • If not preheated, the electric valve will not function properly.
  • @NO KT indicates no power-off return function; @KT indicates with power-off return function.

Note 1: When KT2 is powered on for operation, the power-on duration should be longer than 60 seconds to ensure the internal energy storage components are sufficiently charged for power-off reset. If charging is insufficient, the valve may not fully return to its default state when power is cut. If the application cannot guarantee power-on for more than 60 seconds, we recommend using the KT32 control mode.
Note 2: KT2H indicates fast-charging version.
Normally Closed (NC)
1. When SW is closed, the valve opens and remains open once fully opened, while green and white wires are connected to give open position signal.
2. When SW is disconnected, the valve closes and remains closed once fully closed, while blue and white wires are connected to give close position signal.
Normally Open (NO)
1. When SW is closed, the valve closes and remains closed once fully closed, while blue and white wires are connected to give close position signal.
2. When SW is disconnected, the valve opens and remains open once fully opened, while green and white wires are connected to give open position signal.
Note 1: During valve operation, neither green-white nor blue-white wires are connected.
Note 2: When KT2J is powered on for operation, the power-on duration should be longer than 60 seconds to ensure sufficient charge for power-off reset. Insufficient charge may result in incomplete return during power cut. If power-on time cannot exceed 60 seconds, we recommend using KT32J mode.
Note 3: When the valve is powered off and closed, the close feedback signal will be cut off once the internal energy storage is depleted (blue-white disconnected).
Note 4: KT2HJ indicates fast-charging version.
