The QUANTM Hygienic Electric Diaphragm Pump is engineered for applications that demand the highest hygiene standards, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. Its wetted parts are FDA-compliant, made from traceable food- or pharma-grade materials, and feature a highly polished surface finish. FluxCore Motor – Lightweight Power, Minimal Maintenance

GRACO’s exclusive FluxCore motor combines a flux-concentrated stator with a direct-drive eccentric shaft, removing the need for gearboxes, belts, or chains. This results in lower mechanical loss, higher torque—up to 8× that of traditional motors at low speeds—and smooth, efficient performance even with high-viscosity fluids or back pressure. The design is energy-efficient, lightweight, and easy to maintain.

Reliable Power and Smart Control – Self-Priming, Dry-Run Safe, and Backpressure Protection

The QUANTM Electric Diaphragm Pump is engineered for dependable performance in demanding conditions. It self-primes automatically, clearing air from suction lines without manual priming, and can run dry safely while handling solids and abrasive fluids. When the outlet line reaches maximum pressure, the pump automatically shuts off, preventing damage and ensuring stable operation—no external sensors or controllers required.
