FU-TX 310 Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flowmeter

Taiwan-made, clamp-on design (clamp-on, pipe clamp), installation without stopping or cutting pipes, easily maintained and disassembled at any time, significantly reducing installation and maintenance costs. External pipe installation, zero damage to pipes, no blockages, no leakage, and pressure resistance.

Monitoring Principles

V-Method

V-Method

Content One: Probes installed on the same side using Delta TOF (Time of Flight difference) method, detecting by the time difference between upstream and downstream. Measurement is not possible in high bubble conditions.

Z-Method

Z-Method

Probes installed on opposite sides, measuring the time difference in flow and counter-flow times using ultrasonic (ultrasound) transmission between probes A and B. The direction of flow and counter-flow creates a time difference proportional to the flow rate. * Accuracy up to 2% * LORRIC's special noise resistance technology reduces interference from bubbles and solids.

Patent-Designed Probe Clamp

The EchoSense ultrasonic flowmeter is suitable for a wide range of fluids, including common substances such as water and oil, as well as various chemicals. It is compatible with a broad spectrum of piping materials, including stainless steel and PVC, as well as others like PP and PVDF. The device can accommodate piping sizes from 1/2 inch to 3 inches, offering extensive application versatility.

Patented metal clasps designed for use with detachable metal straps, suitable for pipe diameters ranging from 2” to 16”. Tailored for TM1 (2 to 8 inches) and TL1 (over 8 inches), they ensure the highest long-term installation stability, resistant to measurement failure caused by environmental temperature and vibrations. An 8mm wrench or hex socket is recommended for quick zebra ring fastening. The specially designed clasp allows for both same-side and opposite-side installation scenarios. Not sold separately, must be purchased with LORRIC ultrasonic flowmeter FU-TX-310.

Designed according to probe size, suitable for 2” to 16” pipe diameters. The all-plastic clasps can be installed with glue or welding, significantly enhancing probe installation convenience and reliability, addressing the issue of strap installations loosening due to temperature and vibration. It also prevents incorrect installation during maintenance that could affect product functionality. The patented clasps fit tightly around the pipeline, greatly improving flow detection accuracy and stabilizing detection results. The only all-plastic clasp on the market that ensures long-term use of the probe and clasp even in environments filled with chemicals like in electronics, chemical, and environmental protection industries. Not sold separately, must be purchased with LORRIC ultrasonic flowmeter FU-TX-310.
