Achieve up to 99% Evacuation Rate for Medium-to-High Viscosity Products

Designed specifically for the high-efficiency, sanitary unloading of viscous fluids, the system employs Piston Pumps and an air-powered ram plate equipped with an Inflatable Seal. This configuration ensures the steady extrusion of material within a sealed environment, achieving an evacuation rate of up to 99%. Automated operation further enhances safety and efficiency while significantly reducing waste and ensuring optimal hygiene.

Handles Materials Up to 2,000,000 cP Viscosity

The SaniForce BES Unloading System is engineered to handle materials with a viscosity of up to 2,000,000 cps. In the Food and Beverage sector, this system is ideally suited for viscous products such as tomato paste, peanut butter, icing and frosting, jams and jellies, caramel, and corn syrup. Furthermore, it is also applicable to the personal care and other industries, efficiently handling high-viscosity products like toothpaste and cosmetics.

Inflatable Seal Prevents Bacterial Contamination

Inflatable Seal Prevents Bacterial Contamination

A tight seal is established between the ram plate and the inner container surface via the Inflatable Seal. This design prevents airborne bacteria and contaminants from entering, while simultaneously eliminating the crevices and fasteners associated with traditional wiper seals.

Enhanced Operational Safety and Positioning Accuracy

The inclusion of bin guides and a back stop ensures the precise positioning of the tote. Furthermore, a pneumatic safety circuit is engineered to prevent the loss of air pressure in the cylinders, thereby guaranteeing safe and stable operation.

Intelligent Control System Supports Flexible Automated Operation

Intelligent Control System Supports Flexible Automated Operation

The BES Unloading System offers two control options to meet varying process and budget requirements::
▪️Enclosed Pneumatic Control:
Fully pneumatic, requiring no AC power. Operators manually control the pump, ram plate, and seal inflation via knobs and switches—ideal for basic applications without data traceability.
▪️Electro-Pneumatic Control:
Combines electronic and pneumatic operation, requiring AC power. Features a touchscreen interface and supports automated unloading, recipe management, batch processing, and data logging.

Modular System Design: Configurable with Two or Four Pumps

The SaniForce Tote Unloading System (BES) features a highly modular design. At the time of ordering, customers can choose to purchase and configure the system with either a two-pump or a four-pump system, based on their specific production requirements. This flexibility ensures stable evacuation efficiency for both mid-sized and large-scale production operations. Furthermore, the modular structure allows for quick pump disassembly, making it an ideal choice for applications that require frequent sanitary cleaning.

Diverse Pump Options

For pump selection, customers can choose the most suitable pump based on the viscosity and flow rate requirements of different fluids. Options include high-pressure Piston Pumps for high-viscosity materials, or highly efficient SaniForce Diaphragm Pumps.

Specifications

The SaniForce Drum Unloading System features a modular design composed of three key components: the Frame, Pump Module, and Plate & Seal assembly. Using the modular code system, components can be selected to configure the most suitable SaniForce drum unloading system.
