Exclusive Single-Roller Design for Higher Flow and Longer Hose Life

Unlike traditional peristaltic pumps that use multiple rollers or shoes to compress the hose repeatedly, the SoloTech pump uses a single roller that completes one full compression per 360° rotation. This dramatically reduces friction and hose fatigue, extending hose life to millions of cycles. The design also delivers a higher flow per revolution, enabling gentle, efficient transfer of slurries, solids, and shear-sensitive materials such as flavorings and dairy products. For industries like food, beverage, and personal care, this results in lower maintenance costs and a significantly reduced risk of contamination.

Tri-Clamp Hygienic, Low-Maintenance Design

The pump features an easy-to-install hose connection assembly that allows quick disassembly without special tools, using 316 stainless steel Tri-Clamp sanitary fittings for convenient CIP in-line cleaning with no need for additional check valves in the system. Since only the hose contacts the fluid, cleaning is simple and maintenance costs remain low. The pump also supports reversible operation, enabling line evacuation or blockage removal to enhance operational flexibility and reliability.

Lightweight Construction and Modular Serviceability

The peristaltic pump features a powder-coated aluminum housing that significantly reduces overall weight while maintaining durability. Its robust enclosure includes a large removable inspection window, allowing technicians to easily monitor and service internal components. An optional leak detection kit provides immediate warning of hose failures, enhancing process safety. The pump is also equipped with adjustable mounting feet, offering greater flexibility and stability during installation.

Versatile Wetted Components

The pump offers a wide range of hose and check valve materials to meet diverse customer requirements:
Hose Options: Natural Rubber for general aqueous fluids, Nitrile Rubber for oil, grease, and chemical resistance, Food-Grade Nitrile (FDA compliant), CSM for oxidizers and high-temperature applications up to 121°C (250°F), and EPDM for hot water, steam, and acid/base resistance.
Check Valve Options: Stainless Steel, PVDF, and Hastelloy, providing resistance to high temperatures and strong acids or bases.

Flexible Motor and Drive Options

The SoloTech peristaltic pump offers a variety of motor and drive configurations. Customers can choose AC motors with high, medium, or low-speed gear reducers (paired with a variable frequency drive) or BLDC motors (paired with a dedicated Graco controller). The controller supports flow control, batch dosing, and remote PLC input for automation. Additionally, a gear reducer-only option without a motor is available, allowing users to pair their own motor and controller as needed.
