With smooth internal surfaces, easy disassembly, and rapid draining, it prevents bacterial growth and maintains strict sanitary standards, guaranteeing high product quality and safety.
Graco Hygienic AODD Pumps are lubrication-free and designed for easy maintenance. Optional encapsulated diaphragms reduce food residue, while select models offer 360° rotation for quick draining, cleaning, and maintenance. With up to 25% higher flow rates than similar PTFE diaphragm pumps, Graco delivers efficient, sanitary, and reliable performance for food, beverage, personal care, and pharmaceutical applications.
Graco Hygienic AODD Pumps are available in five series to suit different applications: • Food Grade (FG): Ideal for juices, sauces, and other food products. • High Hygienic (HS): Reduced gaskets and clamps, perfect for personal care, cosmetics, and high-standard food processing. • Pharmaceutical (PH): Features 20 Ra electropolished surfaces for the highest hygiene, suitable for medical applications. • 3A Certified: Specifically designed for dairy processing. • Large Particle (LP): Handles solids up to 3.8 inches (≈9.65 cm) in diameter, meeting diverse material transfer needs. The Graco SaniForce AODD Pump offers an optional leak detector that continuously monitors the air chamber between the diaphragm and fluid chamber. If diaphragm wear causes a breach, the leak detector immediately senses fluid intrusion and triggers an alarm or shuts down the pump, preventing contamination of the air chamber or the environment. This feature makes it ideal for handling expensive, hazardous, or highly sanitary fluids. *Applicable Models: HS, 3A Certified, and PH series pumps — models 1590, 2150, and 3250.
Graco Hygienic AODD Pumps feature a lubrication-free, non-sticking air valve with few moving parts for enhanced durability. The externally serviceable design allows quick repairs without disassembling the fluid end, reducing downtime and keeping operations sanitary and efficient.
The PTFE/EPDM one-piece molded diaphragm features a single-cast design with a PTFE fluid side and EPDM air side, significantly improving durability, wear resistance, and cleanability. The fluid-side diaphragm plate is fully enclosed, minimizing wear and extending diaphragm life, especially when handling abrasive materials, ensuring stable performance and longer service life. *Applicable Models: SaniForce 515, 1040, 1590, 2150, and SaniForce 1590 HS, 3150 HS series.
Graco SaniForce Pumps feature a quick-disassembly design for easy cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance. • One-Piece Manifold: HS, 3A Certified, and LP series pumps use a single-piece manifold with smooth, integrated fluid paths, minimizing gaskets and clamps to reduce areas where food or bacteria can accumulate. • Optimized Fluid Path: The pump’s curved piping design eliminates sharp angles that can cause blockages or residue buildup. HS models feature the fewest gaskets and clamps, enhancing overall cleanliness and sanitary performance.
Graco SaniForce Hygienic AODD Pumps in the HS, 3A, LP, and PH series offer an optional rotating bracket, allowing the pump to rotate 360°. Equipped with a quick-release key, the bracket enables fast draining, cleaning, and maintenance, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
