SPP Spiral Nozzle for Scrubber

Easy to assemble, resistant to clogging, with a large-angle spiral spray pattern, this single-fluid nozzle offers easy assembly and reduced risk of blockages. Its wide-angle design provides greater coverage compared to typical fan and cone nozzles. It is commonly used in the semiconductor industry's exhaust gas treatment towers, scrubber and firefighting.

Spray patterns

The single-unit spiral structure nozzle, commonly referred to as a pigtail nozzle or mosquito coil-shaped nozzle, sprays in the form of a solid cone. The spray pattern (the shape formed when viewed from above after spraying onto the target) consists of multiple concentric circles.

A valley-shaped flow distribution with stronger flow at both ends and weaker flow in the middle.

Unibody design with no internal parts. To compare with general full cone nozzles, It has a larger minimum free passage for effectively avoiding clogging.
