This model has a large diameter, minimizing blockages, ensuring uniform spray distribution, and is an ideal choice for low-flow applications. Spray pattern

A single-fluid nozzle, with a spray pattern in the shape of a cone, is commonly referred to as a solid cone nozzle in the industry. The spray pattern (the shape formed when the nozzle sprays down onto the target) is circular when viewed from above.

Flow distribution

Flow distribution

The flow distribution of a solid cone nozzle exhibits a mountain-shaped pattern with stronger flow in the middle and gradually weakening flow towards both ends.

Two-piece design

Two-piece design

Two-piece quick-release design is divided into two parts: the nozzle and the body. It can be installed and removed without any tools. It is convenient for on-site operation. With three positioning buckle points, the nozzle can be accurately screwed in and positioned to avoid loose nozzles and to ensure the quality of production.

The internal gaskets have different options such as EPDM, Viton and FEPM, which can be adapted to various chemical processes. With a special structural design, the nozzles and the base can be closely fitted to avoid water leakage.

    • Choose the nozzle material. Different application environments require different materials. Please select the appropriate nozzle material based on your usage environment.

For nozzle with QF Body (thread)

Drill correspon-ding female threads on your pipe

Aim the thread of nozzle body at the female thread. Tightening the body clockwise at the pipe hole.

Aim QFH nozzle tip to nozzle body.

Put QFH nozzle tip into nozzle body.

Fasten the tip and the body clockwise to finish the nozzle installation.Finished If the neighboring nozzles stagger with each other, you should place the nozzles at least 5 degrees of declination.
