GRACO 1:1 Fast-Flo Air Operated Piston Pump

The 1:1 Fast-Flo air-operated piston pump is designed with a 1:1 ratio, where the liquid outlet pressure equals the air inlet pressure. It operates stably at air pressures up to 1.2 MPa. Available in drum length and stubby models, it is suitable for drum transfer or wall-mounted applications. The immersed inlet enables faster priming of heavier fluids, while the air-powered design ensures high reliability and low operating cost.

What is a Piston Pump?

A piston pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses the reciprocating motion of a piston inside a cylinder to draw in and expel fluid. These pumps have a robust structure that effectively reduces fluid pulsations, making them ideal for applications requiring rapid liquid transfer or stable material feeding. The Fast-Flo air motor allows you to easily control the flow rate by simply regulating the air supply. This makes it ideal for low-flow applications moving low- to medium-viscosity fluids. Additionally, UL-listed models are available, enabling the safe transfer of flammable liquids like lacquers, paints, varnishes, and thinners.

Submersible Inlet and Suction Tube

The Fast-Flo piston pump can be submerged directly in a drum or tank, allowing smooth suction of high-viscosity or semi-solid materials. This reduces supply interruptions, minimizes air intake, and prevents cavitation for stable flow and pressure.

Fast-Flo Piston Transfer Pump

The Fast-Flo piston transfer pump is designed for easy on-site operation. Its lightweight, slender design allows a single operator to install and remove the pump effortlessly, quickly inserting it into drums or tanks. The pump’s durable construction enhances work efficiency while reducing physical strain, particularly in applications that require frequent drum changes, significantly improving the operator experience.

Versatile Applications: Direct Drum or Wall-Mounted Suction

The Fast-Flo piston transfer pump is available in two lengths: the drum-length model (1,315 mm / 51.7 in.) fits standard 200 L drums for direct insertion and transfer, while the stubby model (615 mm / 34 in.) is ideal for wall-mounted siphon feeding applications.

Multiple Material Options

Pump Body: Available in carbon steel or stainless steel. Carbon steel is suitable for non-corrosive fluids, while stainless steel is designed for handling corrosive fluids.
Seals: Piston seals come in various materials, including leather, polyethylene, PTFE, and rubber, providing flexible options to handle different chemical properties.
