Important Notice: Please Be Aware of Messages Using the LORRIC Name

Dear Customers and Partners,

We have recently received reports that some individuals may be misusing the LORRIC name in suspicious messages. These people might pretend to represent LORRIC when contacting customers, partners, or suppliers.

We want to kindly remind everyone to stay cautious when receiving messages claiming to be from LORRIC, especially if they involve payments, quotations, or urgent requests.

How to Stay Safe

Some scammers are very sophisticated and may make their emails look exactly like they come from a LORRIC address, including @lorric.com. To stay safe, please follow these tips:

  • Double-check unusual requests: If the email asks for payments, sensitive information, or urgent actions, pause and verify.
  • Confirm with a known contact: Reach out directly to your LORRIC manager or contact using a phone number or email you already know—not by replying to the suspicious message.
  • Look for unusual wording or attachments: Even if the sender looks real, strange language, typos, or unexpected attachments can be warning signs.
  • Never act on pressure: Scammers often create urgency. Take your time and verify before doing anything.
  • Use multiple verification methods: Call, message, or email through a previously confirmed channel to make sure the request is legitimate.
  • When in doubt, contact us: Our team is always happy to help confirm if a message is genuine.

We Are Here to Help

Keeping our customers and partners safe is very important to us. If you ever receive a message that appears to come from LORRIC but seems suspicious, please reach out to us before taking any action.
