1. Do you accept OEM or ODM ?

3. How to get sample ?

Please click “contact us” at the bottom of this page or call us directly with your required specifications and needs, and we can provide a sample after checking our stockpiles and confirming your requirements.

4. Estimated Shipping Date ?

Since we offer a variety of products, products available in stock continuously change per demand, and so do shipping times. Before placing an order, please contact us and state your product needs, and after confirming our stock in hand we will return to you with an estimate. Generally, if we have the stock available in hand, after receiving your order and payment is confirmed, nozzles are shipped within three working days, and flowmeters within five.

Upon deciding to place the order, please sign the offered price quotation for order confirmation. After receiving your payment, we will ship your products shortly.

We generally use EX WORKS. If you happen to require different terms of trade, please contact us.

7. How to pay ?

For customers outside of Taiwan and Mainland China we offer payment via T/T (bank transfer), Paypal, and Western Union.

8. How are you going to deliver our goods ?

We offer delivery using the following companies for your choosing: FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, OCS, UCF, and SF express.

If you require a different company other than the above, please state so when placing an order.
