- Adopts a Holeless multi-slotted core, possess a more uniform impact than other standard solid cone nozzles of the same type.
- Two piece nozzle design which includes nozzle and the body allows quick and accurate installation by hand. It is convenient for on-site management. Nozzle tip is secured into the body and fastened by three buckle points to avoid the nozzle tip loosening and ensure the performance quality.
- The internal gaskets are available in various options such as EPDM, Viton and FEPM, which can be adapted to various types of chemicals. With special structural design, the nozzles can be closely attached to the base to avoid water leakage.
- According to the working environment, the body has two choices of thread type and welding type.
- Recommended working pressure: 2.0 kgf/cm²
- Flowrate tolerance: ± 5% @ 2.0 ± 0.1 kgf/cm²
- Angle tolerance: ± 5° @ 2.0 ± 0.1 kgf/cm²
- Applications:
● Cleaning: Gas, exhaust gas, dust, cleaning device, tank cleaning, etc.
● Cooling: gas, tank, machinery, metal, roof etc.
● Dispersion: Humidifying, dust suppression.

Installation
For nozzle with QF Body (thread)
Step 1
Drill corre-sponding female threads on your pipe
Aim the thread of nozzle body at the female thread.
Step 2
Tightening the body clockwise at the pipe hole.
Step 3
Aim QFMF nozzle tip to nozzle body.
Step 4
Put QFMF nozzle tip into nozzle body.
Step 5
Fasten the tip and the body clockwise to finish the nozzle installation
Finished If the neighbo-ring nozzles stagger with each other, you should place the nozzles at least 5 degrees of declination. Otherwise, the perfor-mance might be affected.
Step 6
Installation completed.
For nozzle with
QFSA Body (welding)
Step 1
Drill correspon-ding hole on your pipe
Aim the bottom of QFSA nozzle body at the hole.
Step 2
Use welding torch to fix QFSA nozzle body in the pipe hole.
Step 3
Aim QFMF nozzle tip to nozzle body.
Step 4
Put QFMF nozzle tip into nozzle body.
Step 5
Fasten the tip and the body clockwise to finish the nozzle installation.
Finished If the neighbo-ring nozzles stagger with each other, you should place the nozzles at least 5 degrees of declination. Otherwise, the perfor-mance might be affected.
Step 6
Installation completed.
